In particular, during the AI session, Kim Byung-jip, head of the Financial AI Center 1, and Lee Kyung-jong, head of the Financial AI Center 2, presented the status of AI agent development and practical applications within the affiliates, as well as future implementation plans.

KB Financial plans to sequentially introduce over 250 AI agents across 39 business areas over the next three years to establish a system that allows all employees to utilize AI as an effective work partner. An AI agent refers to an artificial intelligence system that can autonomously understand objectives and plan and execute necessary tasks.
