The Korea Exchange announced on the 4th that it, in cooperation with the Korea Securities Association, held the '2025 KOSDAQ Listed Company Disclosure Officer Workshop.'
This event was organized to strengthen the disclosure capabilities of disclosure officers from KOSDAQ-listed corporations and to listen to the difficulties experienced in disclosure practice. On this day, the exchange conducted education on improvements to the disclosure and listing management systems, support measures for enhancing corporate value, key legal issues, and internal accounting management systems for 236 listed corporations.
Lee Chung-yeon, executive director of the KOSDAQ Market Division, said at the opening remarks, “As disclosures perform a core function in capital markets, those in charge of disclosures must feel a sense of mission and responsibility toward their work,” and noted, “The Korea Exchange will continue to spare no efforts in various support to ensure that listed corporations can carry out disclosures smoothly.”
The exchange plans to hold another workshop on October 24 after receiving applications from listed corporations in September of this year.
