The software corporation IQUEST officially announced on the 4th the launch of a service that integrates its electronic contract platform "Eolma Sign" with Newgen Solutions' enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
"Eolma Sign" is an electronic contract platform operated by IQUEST, recognized for its user-friendly interface and high security, and is used by various small to medium-sized enterprises.
IQUEST explained that corporations using the service can now handle all processes from drafting employment contracts to electronic signatures in a non-face-to-face manner within the ERP system. Previously, the ERP and electronic contract systems were separate, requiring repeated print, scan, and upload procedures.
Newgen Solutions plans to expand the range of electronic contracts to various documents, including payroll statements and consent forms for changes in personnel information, starting with this feature.
Jang Seon-su, the representative of Newgen Solutions, noted, "ERP is evolving from a simple accounting program to a digital management infrastructure for corporations," and added, "Integration with Eolma Sign will provide a boost to the actual productivity of our clients."
