According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 26th, Solux announced that it would postpone the schedule for an extraordinary shareholders' meeting aimed at approving the merger with Aribio. The meeting date was changed from July 25 to September 4. Consequently, the cutoff date for the shareholders' register changed from the 30th to July 31.

Initially, Solux had aimed to hold the shareholders' meeting around six months ago on September 27, 2024. However, it has delayed the schedule ten times since then. Starting from the fourth delay, it did not specify the new date for the shareholders' meeting and only finalized the schedule on the eighth delay.

Earlier, on August 9, 2024, Solux announced that it had decided to merge with Aribio, citing the potential synergies from developing bio-lighting.

However, these corporations received six requests from the FSS to amend their securities registration related to the merger. Even considering that large corporations typically receive one or two amendment requests, this is quite a significant number.
