Baek Hyung-geun, president of Hyundai Motor Securities, said, "I will continuously improve our management system through constant changes" and "I will strive to secure a healthy system by supporting employees and proactively solving problems."
According to Hyundai Motor Securities on the 24th, President Baek held a town hall meeting to enhance communication with employees at the KRX Conference Hall in Yeouido, Seoul, the previous day. This town hall meeting included not only headquarters employees but also branch employees from various regions who participated online.
During the approximately 80-minute town hall meeting, President Baek urged everyone to be thoroughly prepared for five major tasks: strengthening core business competitiveness, digital innovation, achieving game changer status, proactive risk management, and enhancing employee capabilities.
President Baek also emphasized four key elements during the Q&A session with employees: challenge, innovation, creativity, and execution. He noted, "No matter how good the ideas and philosophy may be, if they are not followed by execution, the organization will not change," and added, "We need to create a culture that values doing rather than just talking, even if it's in small units."
Hyundai Motor Securities stated that it plans to increase communication among employees following this town hall meeting.
