Nexadynamics, a specialist in investment and distribution in K-beauty, announced on the 23rd that it has made a strategic investment of 3 billion won in BMcos. Nexadynamics plans to strengthen its position as a global distribution platform specializing in K-beauty through this investment.

A Nexadynamics official noted, "Through this strategic investment in BMcos, we have secured distribution rights for the core products of Bialmud in the U.S., China, and Japan markets."

Nexadynamics explained that particularly Bialmud's "Relief Mud Mask (formerly Recovery Mud Mask)" and "Relief Mud Pack to Foam Cleanser (formerly Recovery Mud Pack to Foam Cleanser)" have received explosive reactions in the U.S. market, establishing a virtuous cycle of simultaneous increases in investment revenue and distribution sales. It also mentioned the expectation of investment profits due to the rising equity value of BMcos alongside its revenue model.

BMcos, the brand company of Bialmud, continues its sales growth driven by strong sales of its core products in the U.S. market. The famous rapper Cardi B shared her review of the Bialmud products on TikTok, praising them and sparking further interest. The scale of Bialmud's sales nearly doubled from 2.9 billion won in 2022 to 1.65 billion won in 2023.

BMcos recorded sales of 2.79 billion won just in the first quarter (January to March) of this year, nearing last year's annual sales. Additionally, it generated approximately 2.4 billion won in sales during April, showing rapid growth.

Nexadynamics plans to solidify Bialmud's position in the U.S. market based on its global distribution network and marketing capabilities, while also leading expansion into other markets such as Japan and China.

A Nexadynamics official expressed confidence that the investment made after seeing Bialmud's initial growth potential will lead to results beyond expectations, stating, "We will focus on discovering brands with high growth potential in the future and scale up the brand through strategic investments and collaborations with domestic and international partners to grow as a K-beauty specialized corporation."
