In the future, NH Investment & Securities will provide customized advisory services for domestic corporations throughout the U.S. listing process. It will offer not only pre-IPO preparations but also practical support such as attracting investors.

Founded in 1995, Evercore currently has over 2,000 employees in 28 offices across 12 countries. It is highly competitive in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) sector and covers various sector IPOs in the equity capital markets (ECM), including energy, healthcare, and technology.

NH Investment & Securities had previously formed a strategic alliance with Evercore related to M&A in 2016. Lee Joo-seung, head of the Advisory Division at NH Investment & Securities, noted that this agreement is part of a strategy to respond to the growing demand for overseas listings by domestic corporations and to expand the capabilities of investment banking (IB) globally, stating, "The strategic collaboration with Evercore will serve as an important foothold for the successful overseas listings of Korean corporations."
