The MOU signed this time is described as a strategic alliance to jointly promote the establishment of distribution and issuance infrastructure based on blockchain technology. The two companies plan to strengthen their cooperative system regarding token securities-related businesses in the future.

With this agreement, DB Securities aims to proactively respond to the STO market while continuing its investment and strategic development to secure future-oriented capital market infrastructure.
