PharmaResearch has seen its stock price decline since announcing a spin-off to transition into a holding company structure. As Israel conducts airstrikes on Iran, the market has become subdued, and it appears many investors have opted to sell.

PharmaResearch shares traded at 480,000 won on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) at 10:24 a.m. on the 13th. The stock price fell by 8.22% (43,000 won) from the previous day.

PharmaResearch decided to spin off into a surviving corporation, 'PharmaResearch Holdings,' which handles investments, and a newly established corporation, 'PharmaResearch,' that operates in the aesthetic business. The split ratio is 0.743 for PharmaResearch Holdings and 0.257 for PharmaResearch.

If a person held 100 shares of PharmaResearch previously, without considering fractional shares and using simple calculations, they will retain 74 shares of PharmaResearch Holdings and 26 shares of PharmaResearch after the spin-off. The spin-off of PharmaResearch is expected to be confirmed at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held in October.
