KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 11th that it is recruiting applicants for the "2025 Summer Experience Intern" program.
The recruitment categories are ▲ IB ▲ capital markets ▲ global, making a total of three institutional sectors. Document submission will be conducted until June 17 and can be done through the Kookmin Bank recruitment website. The hiring process will proceed in the following order: document screening, competency test, video interview, and personality assessment. All procedures will be conducted online for the convenience of applicants.
The final successful candidates will be announced in early July. Successful candidates will work in various departments at Kookmin Bank headquarters for eight weeks starting July 7. A variety of activities are planned to enhance practical financial capabilities, including basic training by institutional sector, project execution, and mentoring programs.
Kookmin Bank will provide all intern graduates with exemption from document screening when applying for new employee recruitment, and additional preferential benefits such as exemption from the written test for outstanding and top graduates will also be offered.
