SK Securities said on the 11th that Chief Executive Officer Jeon Woo-jong participated in the 'Population Issue Awareness Relay Campaign.'

This campaign is jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health and Welfare Human Resources Agency, and it is being promoted to change social perceptions regarding the low birthrate issue. Relay participants share messages and slogans and recommend the next participant.

SK Securities explained that it systematically operates family-friendly policies considering the life cycle of its employees. The company emphasized, “SK Securities realizes a 'people-centered working culture' through vacations and flexible working hours tailored to major life transitions such as pregnancy, childbirth, child-rearing, and family care, and last year obtained family-friendly company certification from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.”

Chief Executive Officer Jeon Woo-jong noted, “The population issue is a critical concern closely linked to the sustainability of society as a whole,” adding, “SK Securities is fostering a healthy organizational culture through family-friendly policies that enhance the quality of life for its members, and I am confident that these efforts will not only fulfill corporate social responsibility but also become the foundation for sustainable corporate growth.”

Meanwhile, the former CEO participated in the campaign after being nominated by Lee Hyun, Vice Chairman of Kiwoom Securities, and recommended Lee Soo-bok, Chief Executive Officer of ECOEYE, as the next participant.
