Shinhan Financial Group announced on the 10th that it will conduct artificial intelligence (AI) training for its employees over six weeks.
Shinhan Financial will conduct training from the 23rd of last month to the 27th of this month. So far, training has been provided on the use cases of chatGPT in the workplace and how to use Google NotebookLM. The training targets 237 people, including the group’s Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), executives, and Deputy Ministers, as well as employees affiliated with the holding company.
This training was initiated from the idea of Chairman Jin Ok-dong of Shinhan Financial Group. Shinhan Financial has set the topic for its second-half management forum, which will be held on the 1st of next month, and Chairman Jin directly proposed the topic for the forum. The six weeks of training were also conducted as part of the preparatory work for the second-half forum.
