On this day, the virtual asset exchange Upbit announced that World Vision disposed of 0.55 Ethereum. World Vision obtained approximately 1,980,000 won in cash from this transaction. World Vision disposed of the Ethereum it had received as donations in the past.
The Financial Services Commission has allowed virtual asset transactions for domestic non-profit corporations that meet certain conditions starting on this day. The commission plans to allow listed companies and registered professional investors to issue real-name accounts for virtual asset transactions after the second half of this year.
