Hana Bank announced on the 25th that it has revamped its consultation support system, the 'HAI Consultation Support Bot,' based on generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The HAI Consultation Support Bot is an internal support system that provides real-time guidance on necessary work information and processing procedures to consultants during customer consultations. With this revamp, generative AI technology has been applied to add features such as real-time summarization of consultation content and automatic classification of consultation content. Hana Bank aims to enhance customer-tailored management services and improve the efficiency of its consultation center operations.
