Samjong KPMG is working with the Technology Guarantee Fund to support the growth of small and venture corporations through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Samjong KPMG announced on the 22nd that it has been selected as an M&A intermediary operated by the Technology Guarantee Fund, called 'M&A Partners.' Through this, it aims to support the activation of the small and venture corporations M&A market and will operate an M&A platform to assist corporations in their growth and development.
Through this collaboration, Samjong KPMG will take on the role of discovering and providing information on buying and selling corporations for M&A using online and offline channels. Samjong KPMG will also perform tasks such as intermediary commission and financial support. It plans to provide professional advisory services by being entrusted with M&A intermediary tasks from the Technology Guarantee Fund.
Hae Byeong-je Samjong KPMG M&A Center head said, “Based on Samjong KPMG’s M&A advisory experience and expertise, we plan to provide optimal solutions to enable small and venture corporations to carry out smooth M&A transactions,” and noted, “Through our collaboration with the Technology Guarantee Fund, we will actively support the expansion of small and venture corporations' opportunities to participate in the M&A market and promote sustainable growth.”
Meanwhile, the Samjong KPMG M&A Center opened the 'KPMG M&A Center Online' in August last year to provide advisory services to sellers, buyers, and investors wishing to engage in M&A, investment attraction, and real estate transactions.
