ALMAC, a corporation specializing in automotive aluminum parts, noted on the 21st that it participated in the shareholder allocation rights issuance of AR Aluminum, making an additional equity investment of $7.5 million (about 10.4 billion won).

EA IAL Aluminum is a corporation established by ALMAC in partnership with a U.S. manufacturer. It produces billets and extruded products used in aluminum extrusion.

ALMAC explained that this second investment follows the first investment made under a contract signed in 2023. The cumulative investment scale is $10 million.

AR Aluminum recently began operating the country's largest 9,000-ton (t) super-large extruder at its factory in Sacheon, Gyeongnam. Additionally, in collaboration with ALMAC, it has won a government contract for low-carbon management and is developing low-carbon aluminum production technology.
