According to the Korea Exchange on the 21st, Kim Seong-ho, the CEO of Renew Medical, disclosed that he has acquired an additional 131,667 shares of Genebiotech, a KOSDAQ-listed company, amounting to approximately 500 million won. Kim's equity stake has increased from 5.21% to 6.74%.

Kim, who is active as a major individual investor in the domestic stock market, has been aggressively purchasing equity in Genebiotech this month. He is currently the second-largest shareholder after Lee Chan-ho, the CEO of Genebiotech, who holds 28.09%.

Kim has also acquired equity in Genebiotech under the name of Renew Medical. The dental medical device corporation, Renew Medical, which is aiming for a KOSDAQ listing in the first half of 2027, is also reportedly considering a backdoor listing through mergers with existing listed companies.
