Koramco Asset Management and Koramco REITs Management held a 'Vision 2030' declaration ceremony on the 20th at their headquarters' conference room in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and unveiled their mid- to long-term growth strategy and future vision. The event was attended by key executives and employees, including Chairman Yoon Yong-ro, Chief Executive Officer Jeong Seung-hwa, Chief Executive Officer Lee Chung-seong of the institutional sector, and Chief Executive Officer Park Hyung-seok of Koramco Asset Management.

Koramco has restructured its organization to strengthen operational expertise by separating investment, operation, and funding functions after adopting a dual representative system for the institutional sector, which includes REITs, funds, and trusts, based on a philosophy centered on investors. This restructuring aims to enhance operational efficiency and execution through system-based management while strengthening collaboration.

The core of 'Vision 2030' is the leap to become the largest real estate financial company trusted by investors in South Korea. To achieve this, Koramco has set quantitative goals of 50 trillion won in assets under management (AUM), 50 billion won in trust contracts, 250 billion won in operating revenue, and 125 billion won in pre-tax profits by 2030.

In the investment management sector, which combines REITs and real estate funds, the focus will be on nurturing blind funds, attracting global capital, enhancing deal sourcing, advancing asset management, and expanding portfolios centered on new economy sectors such as data centers, healthcare, and senior housing. In the institutional sector, the plan is to diversify the portfolio through the expansion of non-borrowing land trusts, urban redevelopment projects, and the acquisition of development-type trusts (PFV).

Chief Executive Officer Jeong Seung-hwa stated, "This vision declaration goes beyond simply presenting growth targets; it is a declaration for all employees to share and practice Koramco's mid- to long-term direction," adding, "We will leap to become the largest real estate financial company trusted by investors in South Korea."

Koramco is a real estate investment company that has maintained its position as the top player in the domestic private REITs sector for 24 years. Despite the growing construction risk among real estate trust companies, it has been evaluated as establishing a stable growth foundation while overcoming the construction risk.
