Hana Financial Group connects social innovation companies and vulnerable job seekers.

Hana Financial Group announced on the 18th that it held the kickoff event for the ‘2025 Hana Power On Innovative Company Internship’ on the afternoon of the 16th at its Myeongdong headquarters. Approximately 100 people attended the event, including Hana Financial Group Chairman Ham Young-joo, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Kim Min-seok, Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency Director Jeong Seung-guk, representatives from social innovation companies, and participating interns.

Hana Financial Group Chairman Ham Young-joo said, “I hope this internship program for job creation becomes an important opportunity for job seekers to find ‘my job’ and create ‘tomorrow’ through that work,” and noted, “Hana Financial Group will actively lead efforts to ensure that job seekers and innovative companies can grow together.”

Hana Financial Group will expand the types of internship participants and enhance the support programs for the ‘2025 Hana Power On Innovative Company Internship.’ Notably, it has broadened the scope of internship participants. Previously, it supported vulnerable job seekers such as disabled individuals, career women, and youth, but starting this year, it has included new seniors (ages 50 to 60).

Interns participating in this program will receive practical adjustment programs in addition to a salary within a limit of 300,000 won per month. This includes: ▲ 150,000 won per month for customized growth support funds for certification acquisition, health management, mentoring, etc. ▲ 100,000 won per month for self-development support for participants from small business families ▲ 300,000 won per month for educational support for children of career women from multi-child households ▲ monthly common competency enhancement training ▲ tailored special lectures for each type of internship up to twice a month.
