Samsung Asset Management said it will launch the 'Samsung Global Core AI Target Conversion Fund No. 2' on the 16th, which will invest in major artificial intelligence (AI) corporations.

This fund is designed to invest in major AI corporations while also holding asset-backed securities to enhance investment stability. It includes companies such as Nvidia, Palantir, and Tesla, as well as data center semiconductor firm Marvell Technology.

The investment ratio is 70% in stocks and 30% in bonds. This represents a pursuit of higher revenue compared to the 40% stock investment ratio of the initial fund launched in March of this year.

Samsung Asset Management noted that the target revenue for this fund is 9%. If the target revenue is achieved, the investment will be transferred to asset-backed securities. Investors will not need to pay a separate redemption fee if they redeem early.

It will be sold through Kookmin Bank, Hana Bank, Samsung Securities, Mirae Asset Securities, NH Investment & Securities, and others from the 19th to the 28th of this month. The establishment date is May 30. Lee Seung-hyun, a manager at Samsung Asset Management, said, "This will be a suitable option for investors seeking both revenue and stability in an unstable market environment."
