Recently, amid a series of system failures at securities firms, it was confirmed on the 9th that an error occurred in the mobile trading system (MTS) of Toss Securities.

According to the financial investment industry, from 5:39 p.m. to 5:53 p.m. that day, investors struggled to trade stocks due to difficulties accessing the Toss Securities MTS.

Toss Securities reported that an error occurred for about 14 minutes during a regular system check.

Regarding the error that day, Toss Securities posted a notice stating, "The issues have now been resolved, and related services are available normally." They added, "We will resolve issues as quickly as possible and check the entire system to prevent recurrence," and expressed, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to users."

On March 19th, an error also occurred during the overseas stock information inquiry at Toss Securities.

Recently, in addition to Toss Securities, system failures at securities firms have been occurring in succession, raising concerns among investors. Last month, Kiwoom Securities and Mirae Asset Securities also experienced trading system errors that prevented stock transactions from being confirmed, and on the 6th of this month, MERITZ Securities experienced delays in orders for U.S. stocks for about an hour in both home trading system (HTS) and MTS.
