Yuanta Securities Korea noted that its 'Future Growth Task Force' officially began its activities on the 8th. The Future Growth Task Force is an organization where employees with less than 10 years of service take the lead in freely discovering management strategies and innovation issues, which are then proposed to the management. A total of 22 members were selected for the Future Growth Task Force through an internal application process.

The Future Growth Task Force plans to discuss freely without topic limitations in three groups for the next five months and derive improvements. The results of the activities will be directly reported to the CEO, enabling participation in the company's decision-making process.

Luo Zifeng, CEO of Yuanta Securities Korea, said at the launch ceremony of the Future Growth Task Force held the previous day, "The creative ideas and challenging spirit of young employees are the driving force behind the company's growth," and noted, "We will actively consider the management reflection of the ideas generated and spare no effort to support the task force members to grow into the company's key talents."
