After the 'golden holiday,' ImmuneOncia, Biobijou, and d'Alba Global will conduct subscriptions for general investors. With DN Solutions and LOTTE Global Logistics, which were considered major players in this year's first half initial public offering (IPO) market, having withdrawn their listings, it has become important to see whether the subscription enthusiasm for the public offerings will continue.
On the 6th, according to the financial investment industry, ImmuneOncia, which is set to enter the KOSDAQ market, will receive subscriptions from the 7th to the 8th. ImmuneOncia recorded a competition ratio of 897 to 1 in the demand forecasting conducted for institutional investors, confirming the offering price at the upper limit of the hoped range (3,000 to 3,600 won) at 3,600 won. The lead underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.
ImmuneOncia was established in a joint venture by Yuhan Corporation and the U.S.-based Sorrento Therapeutics in 2016. Yuhan Corporation acquired equity from its partner at the end of 2023, and it currently operates as a subsidiary of Yuhan Corporation. It is engaged in the development of immune anticancer drugs.
Biobijou, which is pursuing a listing in the KOSDAQ market, will conduct subscriptions for general investors from the 8th to the 9th. Biobijou also set its offering price at the upper limit of the hoped range (8,000 to 9,100 won) as the demand forecasting targeting institutional investors was well received. DAISHIN SECURITIES is the lead underwriter.
Biobijou develops, produces, and sells various medical beauty products such as skin boosters and hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. Representative brands include "Kandolub," "Asenart," and "Corena."
d'Alba Global, widely known for its beauty brand 'd'Alba,' plans to complete the demand forecasting for institutional investors on the 7th and accept subscriptions for general investors from the 9th. d'Alba Global, which is challenging to list on the KOSPI market, has proposed an offering price range of 54,500 to 66,300 won.
New listings on the KOSDAQ market will continue. NAU Robotics, a robot manufacturing company, will be listed on the 8th. Based on an offering price of 6,800 won, the market capitalization will be 85.3 billion won. NAU Robotics has a range of robot products across various industries, including industrial robots and autonomous logistics robots. It also holds the only high-load carrying capacity robot products.
On the 9th, Organoid Science and WONIL T&I will also be listed. Both companies set their offering prices at the upper limit of the hoped ranges, 21,000 won and 13,500 won, respectively.
Organoid Science specializes in technology to culture stem cells and implement tissues similar to human organs, known as 'organoids.' WONIL T&I is the exclusive supplier of the 'BOG re-liquefaction device' that mixes evaporated gas with liquefied natural gas (LNG) and re-liquefies it.
In addition, bio corporations IntoCell and the security technology specialist Autocrypt will conduct demand forecasting targeting institutional investors.
