Hana Bank announced on the 6th that it will hold an event for subscribing to the 'Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) rental deposit guarantee,' a Jeonse insurance product.
The HUG rental deposit guarantee is a Jeonse insurance product from the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation that individual rental business operators are required to subscribe to. If rental businesses cannot return deposits to tenants, HUG is responsible for returning the rental deposits to the tenants.
Dwellings eligible for guarantees through Hana Bank include apartments, residential officetels, townhouses, and multi-family homes.
Subscription to the product is available through Hana Bank's mobile application 'Hana 1Q.' After subscribing to the product, those who enter the event will receive a 20,000 won Shinsegae gift certificate. This event will take place until the end of September.
A Hana Bank official noted, 'Individual rental business operators can conveniently subscribe to the Jeonse insurance product non-face-to-face through the mobile app Hana 1Q.' He added, 'Hana Bank will continue to strive to enhance the convenience of our individual rental business operator customers and provide various benefits.'
