Token Asia Korea, a Asia-based fractional investment corporation, announced on the 30th that it has acquired 100% equity of the Indonesia-based business consulting firm "PT Bizpedia Mega Global." The company plans to actively pursue a strategy of "Asian triangular consolidation" connecting Singapore, Indonesia, and South Korea.
Founded in 2022, PT Bizpedia Mega Global is an event management and business consulting corporation. The company noted that it possesses a rich network through various events and marketing activities in Indonesia.
Token Asia Korea will utilize the local infrastructure of the acquired corporation to support South Korean franchise corporations in easily entering the Indonesian market and will conduct investment briefings (IR) and community-based marketing activities targeting local franchisees.
Token Asia Korea expects that this corporate acquisition will serve as a cornerstone for establishing a localized financial platform. In particular, it plans to develop Indonesia's unique traditional mutual aid financial system "Arisan" into an innovative small investment platform called "Arisan Investasi." The Arisan Investasi platform will provide opportunities for small investors to collectively invest in various physical assets such as real estate, high-value artworks, rare liquors, and puer tea.
The company also anticipates that by supporting middle-class consumers, who have been excluded from the existing financial system, to easily participate in physical asset investments, it will enhance financial accessibility and contribute to revitalizing the local economy.
