Woogene B&G announced on the 29th that it will officially supply its self-developed pet probiotic "Dr. Tummy" to Phoenix Farm, a New Zealand animal pharmaceuticals and health products specialist.

Phoenix Farm is one of the oldest animal pharmaceuticals-related companies in New Zealand, established in 1983, and currently supplies products to veterinary hospitals and farms across New Zealand.

The recently contracted Dr. Tummy is a pet probiotic developed by Woogene B&G using Korea's first dog-derived strain separation technology. Woogene B&G is speeding up its entry into overseas markets after collaborating with a Singaporean company last year to export Dr. Tummy.

Woogene B&G received formal registration approval from the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan on the 11th, enabling it to export to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), including Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan. The company is currently in export negotiations with a Russian animal pharmaceuticals distribution company, targeting shipments in the first half of this year.

Last year, exports accounted for approximately 9 billion won of Woogene B&G's total revenue of 26.3 billion won. This year, the company plans to achieve over 10 billion won in exports by targeting more overseas markets. A Woogene B&G official noted, "We will continue to expand our export channels by promoting competitive products, including Dr. Tummy, to maintain our growth momentum."
