The 'Korea Investment Global Strategic Multi-Income Fund' sold by Korea Investment Securities exceeded 150 billion won in sales just three days after its establishment.
According to Korea Investment Securities on the 29th, this fund is a fund of funds that invests up to 50% of its aggregates in a bond fund managed by U.S. global investment bank Goldman Sachs and U.S. exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
It provides individual investors with the opportunity to invest in a bond fund managed by Goldman Sachs through domestic public offering funds.
It pays monthly dividends based on interest revenue and capital gains from income-generating asset classes. The expected dividend rate is around 5% to 7% per year.
As interest rates are expected to enter a mild downward cycle after reaching a long-term peak, the revenue of income-generating assets is expected to stand out, according to Korea Investment Securities.
Accordingly, Korea Investment Securities has been supplying monthly payout bond products that invest in the products of large foreign global asset managers such as MAN Group and AB Asset Management since last year.
