Hanyang Securities announced on the 23rd that it has published an electronic book titled 'The Seven Year,' which encompasses the challenges, growth, and changes over the past seven years.
This book captures Hanyang Securities' journey to becoming a 'sustainable growing securities' firm, centered around three pillars: space, communication, and philosophy.
Hanyang Securities explained that the book unpacks the journey of organizational culture and brand rebuilding, as well as changes and innovations aimed at surpassing 500 billion won in equity, which began with the appointment of CEO Lim Jae-taek in 2018.
The book consists of three chapters. The first chapter, titled 'Space Creates Culture,' introduces the process of enhancing work immersion and space efficiency through the remodeling of the headquarters. The second chapter is themed 'Culture Drives Change,' focusing on Hanyang Securities' unique organizational culture programs. The third chapter, titled 'Change Enhances Value,' discusses the brand rebuilding efforts, including the renewal of the corporate identity and the birth of the official character 'Mudeun.'
CEO Lim Jae-taek said, “This brand book is a record that encapsulates the trajectory of changes and innovations achieved by Hanyang Securities over the past seven years,” adding, “I hope that the philosophy and challenging processes we have upheld will serve as a small source of courage and inspiration for everyone dreaming of sustainable growth.”
