Shinhan Bank announced on the 21st that it has completely overhauled its mobile webpage.

This overhaul has added functions such as certificate issuance and management, expanded non-face-to-face real-name verification identification, and customized features for partner companies. The recognition rate for non-face-to-face real-name verification identification has also improved.

Additionally, Shinhan Bank has introduced a menu exclusively for foreigners that supports 16 languages—the first of its kind in the financial sector's mobile web. Foreign customers can now open deposit accounts and check cards in their preferred language on the mobile web.

In the future, Shinhan Bank plans to add various functions to enhance customer convenience on its mobile web channel, including easy enrollment for personal IRPs.
