LS SECURITIES announced on the 14th that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement (MOU) with Conduit, which operates the shareholder engagement platform "Act."

According to the agreement, LS SECURITIES and Conduit have decided to collaborate on developing various services that can promote shareholder participation. In particular, they plan to support individual shareholders in actively expressing their opinions on major corporate decisions such as shareholder meetings and easily exercising their voting rights through the connection of digital platforms.

LS SECURITIES has also decided to continuously enhance education and information provision so that individual shareholders can improve their understanding of investments. Oh Eung-jin, head of the retail division at LS SECURITIES, said, "Through this agreement, we will do our utmost to ensure that the rights of individual shareholders using LS SECURITIES are strengthened and that their voices are properly reflected in the market."
