ISU PETASYS decided to reduce the scale of its paid-in capital increase, and on this day, the stock price showed an upward trend in early trading.
ISU PETASYS stocks are trading at 30,800 won, up 2,200 won (7.68%) from the previous day as of 9:42 a.m. on the 8th. This surge is interpreted as a result of the influx of buyers following the announcement that ISU PETASYS would reduce the scale of its paid-in capital increase.
Earlier, ISU PETASYS announced after the market close the previous day that it had confirmed the issue price for the paid-in capital increase at 27,800 won per share, which is a 9.7% decrease from the current stock price. The scale of the paid-in capital increase is approximately 282.5 billion won.
In November of last year, ISU PETASYS announced plans to conduct a paid-in capital increase of about 550 billion won, including funds for the acquisition of battery company JEIO. Subsequently, it withdrew the acquisition of JEIO and also halved the scale of the paid-in capital increase.
