As of 11:45 a.m. on the same day, the KOSPI index is trading at 2,649.70, down 4.36 points (0.16%) from the previous day. In the securities market, foreign investors are net selling 314.5 billion won alone. Individuals and institutions are buying 158.1 billion won and 110.2 billion won, respectively.
The top market capitalization stocks are showing mixed trends. SK hynix and Samsung Electronics are down over 2%, while Samsung Electronics (-1.88%) and Celltrion (-0.61%) are also declining. In contrast, Naver (1.81%), Hyundai Motor (1.23%), KB Financial (0.73%), LG Energy Solution (0.27%), Kia (0.21%), and Samsung Biologics (0.17%) are on the rise.
At the same time, the KOSDAQ index is trading at 773.48, up 5.21 points (0.68%) from the previous day. In the KOSDAQ market, foreign investors are net buying 89.6 billion won. Individuals and institutions sold 76.7 billion won and 2.3 billion won worth of stocks, respectively.
The top market capitalization stocks in the KOSDAQ are mostly rising, except for HLB (-0.95%) and LEENO Industrial (-0.88%). Rainbow Robotics and CLASSYS are up by over 6%, while HUGEL is up by over 5%. Ecopro (3.63%), LigaChem Biosciences (3.36%), Alteogen (1.98%), and Sam Chun Dang Pharm (0.11%) are also increasing.
In the Seoul foreign exchange market, the exchange rate of the won (won-dollar) against the U.S. dollar has traded at 1,435.7 won, down 0.3 won from the previous trading day.
