Lotte Group's logistics subsidiary Lotte Global Logistics has passed the preliminary review for listing on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI). It has been 45 business days since the review was applied for on Oct. 24.
The Korea Exchange announced on the 27th that Lotte Global Logistics' new listing preliminary review results confirmed it meets the listing requirements and is qualified for listing on the securities market.
Lotte Global Logistics, established in June 1988, is a comprehensive logistics company and is the second-largest in the industry following CJ Logistics. It was created after Lotte Group acquired Hyundai Logistics in 2016 and merged it with its subsidiary Lotte Logistics.
Lotte Global Logistics is said to desire a corporate value of over 1 trillion won after going public. In 2023, it recorded revenues of 3.2 trillion won and an operating profit of 58.7 billion won based on separate financial statements.
