TOMORROW X TOGETHER surpassed the initial sales (album sales volume over the week based on the release date) of their previous work with their 4th studio album.
According to the album sales aggregation site Hanteo Chart on the 28th, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) sold a total of 1,760,867 copies of their 4th studio album ‘The Star Chapter: TOGETHER’ from the 21st to the 27th, reaching the top of the weekly album chart. This figure surpasses the initial sales of their previous mini album ‘The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY’ (1,579,339 copies), demonstrating TOMORROW X TOGETHER's continued growth.
The new album became a million seller on its first day, selling about 1.43 million copies immediately. With this, TOMORROW X TOGETHER has claimed the title of ‘6 consecutive initial million sellers’ including this new album, 2022’s ‘minisode 2: Thursday’s Child’, 2023’s ‘The Star Chapter: TEMPTATION’ and ‘The Star Chapter: FREEFALL’, and 2024’s ‘minisode 3: TOMORROW’ and ‘The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY’.
The popularity continues in the Japanese market as well. ‘The Star Chapter: TOGETHER’ topped the daily album chart of Line Music immediately after its local release and maintained its position at the top for six consecutive days (July 22-27). It also topped the Oricon 'Daily Album Ranking' immediately after release and again ranked first on July 24-25, proving its popularity. The title track ‘Beautiful Strangers’ also achieved first place on the Line Music daily song chart for six consecutive days (July 22-27). Both the album and the title track are receiving widespread love, sustaining the heat of their success.
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER showcased their diverse charms on stage at the ‘2025 SBS Music Awards Summer’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan on the 27th. Member Yeonjun strongly expressed the team’s color with the title track ‘Beautiful Strangers’, in which he participated in choreography creation, and showcased a sensual side with the b-side track ‘Upside Down Kiss’. The digital single ‘Love Language’, released in May, highlighted the ‘TXT signature freshness’. In addition, member Beomgyu drew attention with a special stage featuring his first solo mixtape ‘Panic’, which was released in March.
