Lee Soo Ji's next alter ego is the yogurt lady.
The SBS new variety show 'One Shot Project - My Turn' (hereafter 'My Turn'), premiering on Aug. 7 (Thu) at 9 p.m., features trot idol producer Lee Kyung Kyu along with trot idol members Tak Jae Hoon, Choo Sung Hoon, Park Ji Hyun, Nam Yoon Soo, and hidden character Lee Soo Ji, along with manager Kim Won Hoon, each harboring their desires and vying for a big win in this B-grade unprincipled fake reality show.
Amid rising expectations for fresh combinations and attempts, a first preview video showcasing the delightful chemistry between Lee Kyung Kyu and Lee Soo Ji has been released, hinting at the birth of a witty exchange.
Lee Kyung Kyu, who was wandering around in the rain to meet Na Hoon Ah, finds himself in the radar of Lee Soo Ji, transformed into the yogurt lady Park Ae Soon. Despite Lee Kyung Kyu's denials, Lee Soo Ji confidently asserts it's him, then backs up her electric cart and quips, “Ta-da! I stood my ground here. Please give me a conscience refrigerator too,” providing a delightful gag that elicits laughter.
Then, Lee Kyung Kyu, who barely asks Lee Soo Ji, known for her endless fan loyalty, “Is Mr. Na Hoon Ah living nearby?” sees a glimmer of hope at the mention of having seen Na Hoon Ah. However, she bombards him with relentless chatter, asking, “Why hasn’t he been on TV recently?”, “‘My Little Old Boy’ was really a fan. Oh, that’s Shin Dong Yeob. Right. These days, ‘My Little Old Boy’ is also with Shin Dong Yeob. If Lee Kyung Kyu did it, it would be even better, right?”, and “Why isn’t he receiving a grand prize?” making him burst into laughter under her unceasing verbal barrage.
As the conversation shifts back to Na Hoon Ah, Lee Soo Ji, in front of Lee Kyung Kyu, who was a judge on 'Mr. Trot 3', forcefully begins to sing, pushing forward with momentum. Even when Lee Kyung Kyu suggests she should participate in the show, saying she can pass, she retorts, “I can't go because I'm not a mister. I'm a miss, right?” showcasing an entertaining chemistry between the two that seems unending.
In the midst of this, when Lee Soo Ji sees a passing car and shouts, “It's Na Hoon Ah!”, Lee Kyung Kyu is startled, his face lighting up with excitement. What could be Lee Kyung Kyu's reason for wanting to meet Na Hoon Ah, and will he be able to meet him? The first broadcast awaits.
