Singer Jeon So-mi shared her efforts for a slim body.

On this day, Jeon So-mi, who visited the gym, explained, "Today, I will reveal my workout secret video to celebrate my comeback, which many of you may have been curious about."

After greeting her trainer, Jeon So-mi said, "Today, what I have to show is the 'EXTRA' dance video to show where the choreography stands out. I plan to focus my workout on that. I've been working out like that until now. When I wear a fitted dress during schedules, I mainly work on my erector spinae, and during 'Dum Dum,' I work on abs since I tend to let my belly hang out. During 'Fast Forward,' I did a lot of hip and back exercises. This time, I've focused less on the lower body and more on shoulder workouts, mainly the shoulder blades and arms," and noted, "Since I keep using my arms at angles, I need to strengthen my rotator cuff, waist, and arms."

The trainer said, "People often talk about how So-mi has always been slim," and Jeon So-mi added, "I will show you a really funny video. I find this statement most unjust. I am truly a diligent person. I say this with confidence. The other day, while working out, I cried. I was so upset," revealing a video of herself crying while exercising.

The trainer explained, "It was before the music video," and Jeon So-mi shared, "It's funny, so it made me cry. But while I was doing it, I cried."

The trainer expressed, "It's difficult for public figures to lose weight, as seen when Jung Joon-ha went through it on 'Infinite Challenge.' You can lose weight, but your face melts away. So, the face needs to have some fat, while the body should have none, and that’s really hard," and Jeon So-mi noted, "During 'Dum Dum,' I was in my early 20s, so it was fine since I still had baby fat, but as I hit my mid-20s, I realized I had to exercise wisely."

The trainer said, "Many people ask me about So-mi's diet. What on earth does she eat to lose weight?" Jeon So-mi replied, "Until now, I focused solely on one type of meal.
