Kim Sook captures attention by revealing the reason for her departure from the past book program in KBS2 'Problem Child in House.'
The KBS2 entertainment show 'Problem Child in House' (hereinafter 'Problem Child') airing on the 26th (Thursday) features problem children who have filled their brains with all kinds of trivia knowledge over the past seven years reuniting for a dopamine-inducing quiz battle with Song Eun Yi, Kim Sook, Kim Jong Kook, Hong Jin Kyung, Yang Se Chan, and Joo Woo Jae competing.
This week, former announcer and now successful CEO Kim So Young and Han Seok Joon will appear as guests in the rooftop room to discuss books. Among this, Kim Sook draws laughter by revealing that she unexpectedly left her role as an MC of a past book program.
Kim So Young, a successful entrepreneur and former announcer actively engaged in running bookstores, live commerce, and brand launching, shares her reading habits by saying, 'I'm the person who recommends books, so I read one or two a day.' This translates to a reading volume of 400 to 500 books a year.
Song Eun Yi also notes, 'When you do a book program, it results in payment, so you can read eight books in two weeks.' However, Kim Sook adds that it doesn't apply to everyone, stating, 'I am the only person who was cut from a book program,' causing laughter. Kim Sook said, 'Just because you get paid doesn’t mean it all works out. It's really hard,' adding that 'I have to read four books a week, but I can't get through them. I keep reading the same line.'
Meanwhile, Kim Jong Kook, who recently drew attention for purchasing a 6.2 billion won house in cash, confidently states that his post-retirement profession will be 'trainer,' nodding all the members in agreement. Kim Jong Kook said, 'My post-retirement job is trainer,' and when naming trainer as his second career again, Joo Woo Jae remarked about Kim Jong Kook, 'Gold's Gym in the U.S.' pointing out the bodybuilding mecca with its connections to Kim Jong Kook's beloved LA course. Joo Woo Jae then told Hong Jin Kyung, 'Airplane, Oh my~~~' saying, 'I think Jin Kyung unnie would be a hit as a flight attendant,' making Hong Jin Kyung burst out laughing.
Kim Sook, while receiving payments, wonders what the secrets to the success of Kim So Young and Han Seok Joon, who continue to carry on successful businesses through difficult reading, will be revealed in the live broadcast of 'Problem Child.'
