Singer Soyou returns with a new song completed through new attempts.

'PDA' is Soyou's first digital single since joining Magic Strawberry Sound, marking a significant turning point in her musical direction and receiving high expectations from listeners.
Below is a Q&A with Soyou ahead of the release of 'PDA.'
Q. You are releasing your digital single 'PDA' after about two years. It must be a special feeling, right?
A. Around this time two years ago, I released my mini album. This is my first dance song and new track released after 'ALOHA,' so I am very excited as well. Above all, I want to show 'PDA' to my fans who have waited for a long time as soon as possible!
Q. Is there a special reason you chose the topic of expressing affection in public for the new song 'PDA,' along with a brief introduction of the song?
A. 'PDA' is a danceable track based on the textures of R&B, dance, and 2000s pop, enhanced with Miami bass rhythms.
Expressing affection in public is usually considered a private feeling that is not openly shown, but 'PDA' strongly displays the 'impulse' and 'directness' of that emotion. I wanted to sing about the moments when one sets aside rational judgment and becomes loyal to instinct and emotion.
Q. 'PDA' is your first new song since joining Magic Strawberry Sound. I wonder if there were any changes in the working process.
A. It was the process of getting to know each other at first, and everyone worked very hard for the completion of 'PDA.' Above all, they presented opinions that were completely different from mine, allowing me to try new attempts different from the existing working methods, and I think it resulted in a better output.
Q. You have a deep relationship with Jeong Gi-goo, so what kind of image do you want to show at Magic Strawberry Sound going forward?
A. As I mentioned earlier in the process, joining Magic Strawberry Sound is clearly an environment where I can incorporate diverse opinions, different from what I used to think. Since Jeong Gi-goo has a deep relationship with me and has a different color in music, he often proposes directions I hadn't thought of. In this changed environment, I want to find and create new aspects of myself that I didn't know while meeting with my fans.

A. Since I'm returning with a new song after a long time, my mindset is also special. I will do my best to meet you through performances and stages. I love you♥
