Actress Kim Yong-rim reveals her feelings about parting ways with her late husband, actor Nam Il-woo, on 'Perfect Life.'

The actress Kim Yong-rim, who passionately portrayed the role of 'Grandmother Kwan-sik' in the drama 'When Life Gives You Tangerines,' appeared on 'Perfect Life' at 85 years old with her unchanged healthy appearance, astonishing everyone. When MC Hyun-young mimicked Kim Yong-rim's line from the drama, "I am more superior than my daughter-in-law," Kim Yong-rim reenacted the line convincingly, drawing attention.
MC Oh Ji-ho asked, "Was there anything physically difficult during the filming of the drama?" Kim Yong-rim responded, "I traveled across the country filming in Andong, Jeju, Busan, and Mokpo throughout 2023, and due to the lengthy rainy season, there were many bad weather days, but I didn't find it hard while filming because I liked the project," expressing her deep affection for the drama.
In today's broadcast, Kim Yong-rim shares her current situation living alone with her daughter after her husband Nam Il-woo passed away a year ago. Kim Yong-rim said, "My daughter said, 'I can't go anywhere now that I have an aging mother,'" to which panelist Lee Seong-mi praised Kim Yong-rim's daughter, saying, "She is a devoted daughter. She must think a lot about her mother and hasn't gotten married." Kim Yong-rim also conveyed her longing for her late husband, stating, "(Since my husband and I) are both actors, we often live apart, so it feels like he's somewhere filming even now. When I see photos of him, I feel sorry for not being able to do more for him," adding an emotional touch.
Later, Kim Yong-rim was seen climbing the stairs with a straight posture when visiting a temple, and her surprised everyone as she performed three bows in a correct manner inside the hall. When Lee Seong-mi commented, "It's hard to walk on a hot day, so I can't believe you still have that energy at 85," Kim Yong-rim replied, "Fortunately, my knees are still healthy.
