Actress Heo Jeong-eun has completed 'Salon de Holmes.'
Heo Jeong-eun played the role of young Gong Mi-ri in the ENA show 'Salon de Holmes,' which ended on the 15th, delivering a captivating performance in every episode.
In the series, Heo Jeong-eun played the curious young Gong Mi-ri. Instead of reading the textbook during class, Gong Mi-ri enjoyed reading the detective novels of Arthur Conan Doyle. Her dream was to become a detective. Gong Mi-ri used her quick situational judgment to apprehend a flasher on her way home. With her keen observational skills, she quickly captured the characteristics of the criminal and presented crucial evidence to the police.
Gong Mi-ri quickly became friends with the transfer student Eom Ji-eun (played by Park Hyo-eun) who sat next to her. However, Gong Mi-ri's curiosity returned as an irretrievable boomerang. Leading Eom Ji-eun to an abandoned hospital, Gong Mi-ri became the first witness of the 'Ribbon Man's' first incident.
The guilt of not being able to save her friend became a long-lasting trauma for Gong Mi-ri. In front of Eom Ji-eun's mother, who blamed her, Gong Mi-ri could only plead for forgiveness while shedding tears. She angrily rebuked her classmates who blamed Eom Ji-eun's usual behavior, saying, "I told you not to talk carelessly."
Thus, Heo Jeong-eun convincingly portrayed the narrative of Gong Mi-ri, who would later act as a 'great detective Holmes' pursuing villains threatening the Gwangseonju Apartment, increasing the immersion with her compelling performance. Heo Jeong-eun's acting, which showed her weeping over her powerless self in the face of her friend's death, touched the hearts of the viewers. Attention is drawn to the upcoming performances of Heo Jeong-eun, who displayed impressive acting by vividly depicting the traumas of her character.
