I Jang-woo of 'Do You Know Home-Cooked Meals' revealed his weight of 100 kg while continuing his 'mukbang' in Thailand.
The episode aired on the afternoon of the 16th on MBN and MBC Every1, featuring I Jang-woo and BamBam preparing a feast for a local mother and daughter in Thailand. They visited the home of the locals they contacted directly to cook and serve representative Korean snacks.
On that day, I Jang-woo and BamBam visited the home of a local family consisting of a dentist mother and her medical student daughter. They were amazed by the house of the mother and daughter, who lived in a 100-year-old second house. While exploring the house, I Jang-woo expressed a desire to lie down in the hammock, and BamBam asked the owner for permission instead.
BamBam asked the owner's daughter, "Can a person weighing 100 kg get on the hammock?" and received an answer that it was okay. Despite that, I Jang-woo expressed anxiety, asking, "But it's 100 kg. It could collapse. This building is 100 years old, right? It seems like it won't hold, is it okay?"
As I Jang-woo continued to worry, BamBam interpreted, "It seems like you're worried it might collapse." When I Jang-woo sat in the hammock, the mother and daughter showed somewhat surprised expressions, which made them smile.
After finishing the house tour, I Jang-woo and BamBam began to cook. I Jang-woo prepared various snacks including fish cake stir-fry, kimbap, pickled napa cabbage, seasoned seaweed, and cold cucumber soup for the local mother and daughter and the daughter's friends.
While preparing the food ingredients, BamBam introduced a Thai snack he had prepared himself. The snack prepared by BamBam was fried Kiturami. I Jang-woo was surprised while watching BamBam enjoy the fried Kiturami but decided to taste it himself.
After tasting the fried Kiturami, I Jang-woo commented, "It tastes somewhat similar to shrimp. It’s light. The flavor doesn’t come on strong; it’s a subtle taste. My mother seasoned it well. It’s delightful to eat," grabbing attention on the mukbang.
