Earlier, Yang Chi-seung opened a health club in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, through an introduction from an acquaintance, but after three years of operation, he received an eviction order from the Gangnam District Office, not the landlord with whom he signed the lease. It turned out that the building was established under a 20-year lease contract with the Gangnam District Office by the landlord, who had concealed this fact while signing lease agreements with tenants including Yang Chi-seung.
