BTS member Jungkook has opened a new Instagram account after two years.
On the 15th, Jungkook created a new account 'mnijungkook' on Instagram. This is the account that has been reopened two years after he deleted his personal Instagram before his military service.
At that time, Jungkook said, "I don’t think I will have anything to do in the future. It’s not hacking," noting that he had deleted his personal Instagram account, which had 52.4 million followers.
After that, Jungkook opened a social media account for his pet dog 'Bam,' but he did not create a personal social media account. The ID he reopened after two years is currently being followed by members including Jimin, J-Hope, V, and RM. Just shortly after its creation, it boasts a following of 1.1 million.
Meanwhile, Jungkook enlisted in the Army as an active-duty soldier in December 2023 and was discharged on June 11. BTS, of which Jungkook is a member, is preparing for a full group comeback set for spring 2026.
