Lee Ji-hoon expressed gratitude to Park Kyung-rim, calling her 'a benefactor.'
On the 14th, the Channel A cultural program "Close Friends Documentary - Table for Four" (hereinafter "Table for Four") depicted Lee Ji-hoon inviting singers Kim Dong-jun and Sun-ye.
That day, Lee Ji-hoon said, "I participated in 'Mr. Trot 3,' but I was eliminated in the semifinals. I thought I would make it to the TOP 7 and cleared my schedule. I went all in, but I was completely eliminated. It was empty."
Lee Ji-hoon noted, "I met Park Kyung-rim on the program after a long time. I heard about the casting gap for 'Dream High.' When I woke up in the morning, Kyung-rim’s face was flashing in my mind. I called her right away. I asked, 'What do you think if I take on the role of Kang Oh-hyuk?' She seemed really happy about it," sharing the behind-the-scenes story of the casting. Park Kyung-rim served as the creative director for the musical 'Dream High,' in which Lee Ji-hoon performed.
Lee Ji-hoon shared his feelings of gratitude towards Park Kyung-rim, saying, "I heard that due to budget issues, it seems we won’t be able to pay much for the appearance fee. Upon hearing the amount, I said, 'Oh, I'm grateful.' It has been six months since I’ve been out of work. A baby has been born. With costs for formula and diapers, I was anxiously waiting during a time when I have no work, and a savior appeared. Since then, I've been blessed with work. I met a benefactor."
