Comedian couple Kim Jun-ho (48) and Kim Ji-min (40) have started anew as husband and wife. However, the ceremony was held quietly, and the honeymoon is temporarily 'on hold.' The reason is none other than their busy schedules.
Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min tied the knot on the afternoon of the 13th at the Grand Intercontinental Parnas Hotel in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. The ceremony was held privately, attended by about 1,200 colleagues and acquaintances from the broadcasting industry. The couple heightened expectations by including the witty phrase 'Let’s live as a couple full of laughter' in their wedding invitation.
Ahead of the wedding, Kim Ji-min appeared on MBC Radio's 'Two O'Clock Date with Ahn Young-mi' and candidly shared her thoughts. She said, 'It doesn’t feel real, and I just want it to be over quickly. The preparation process was too hard.' She also noted, 'After the broadcast of My Little Old Boy, it felt like the entire nation was preparing for a wedding with us. I apologize if it was too noisy,' keeping her signature cheerful tone.
In the meantime, the couple decided not to go on their honeymoon right after the wedding. Kim Ji-min's side stated, 'We have scheduled commitments right after the ceremony, so we decided to postpone the honeymoon,' adding that 'the timing and location will be coordinated at a later date.'
In the wedding photos, the couple's atmosphere shifted between joy and seriousness. From pure white dresses and suits to casual concepts and amusing parody shots typical of comedian couples, they showcased a variety of charms. Fans responded enthusiastically, saying, 'The essence of a real couple,' and 'Just looking at them makes me feel good.'
The ceremony was hosted by broadcaster Lee Sang-min, with singers Gummy and Byun Jin-seop providing special performances.
Meanwhile, Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min became a couple after three years of dating. Their relationship, which began with joy, is now embarking on a new chapter under the warm support of the public with the new title of 'comedian couple.'
