The group BLACKPINK successfully concluded its 'DEADLINE' tour performance in Los Angeles with surprise guest Bruno Mars.
BLACKPINK held the 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 'DEADLINE' IN LOS ANGELES' at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, USA on 12th and 13th (local time). Particularly, on the second and final day of the concert, Bruno Mars took the stage, creating a buzz.
Bruno Mars received tremendous love from music fans with the global hit song 'APT.' created in collaboration with Rosé. He made a surprise appearance during his part in the second verse, moving around the stage and exciting the audience.
Afterward, Rosé shared her feelings about completing the special stage with fans. "Thank you Bruno, thank you so much," she exclaimed, adding that "Bruno said he was happy to share the stage with me today. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves too."
Additionally, BLACKPINK achieved a new record by being the first girl group in the world to sell out both days of performances at the venue, attracting over 100,000 fans. They will continue their North American tour in cities such as Chicago, Toronto, and New York. They will also light up major stadiums around the world, including in Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
BLACKPINK released a new digital single titled 'JUMP' on the 11th. The song topped the iTunes cumulative song charts in 60 regions and reached the top of the worldwide charts, and immediately after its release on YouTube, it soared to the number one position in worldwide trending and rising popularity, claiming the throne of the global daily popular music video.
It notably topped the Spotify Daily Top Song Global Chart. This marks the third time BLACKPINK has achieved number one on that chart, following the pre-release track 'Pink Venom' and the title track 'Shut Down' from their second studio album released in 2022. With two consecutive days at the top, it is expected that their popularity will continue for some time.
