Comedienne Lim Lala expressed distress over severe morning sickness during a prenatal trip.
On the 13th, a video titled "I couldn't stand it anymore, exploded; wife's true feelings heard on the last day + unprecedented twin morning sickness... goodbye to the happy days..." was uploaded on the 'Enjoy Couple' channel.
The video depicted Lim Lala and Son Min-soo enjoying their prenatal trip in Jeju Island, continuing from the previous week. Earlier, Lim Lala, whose morning sickness had visibly improved, remarked as the trip was coming to an end, "Why do I feel like I'm going to vomit so much? I'm feeling sick again. I start feeling sick as we near home."
Son Min-soo said, "It must be your body," and Lim Lala struggled to eat, saying, "Hang in there, babies; let’s eat a little more, I'm hungry." Eventually, she put down her utensils, saying, "I feel like I'm going to throw up," and watched Son Min-soo eat what she had left, adding, "I can't mess around anymore. Since I can't eat, Min-soo is eating everything. Well, at least let’s eat well, self."
However, on the last night, Lim Lala was laid up with severe morning sickness. She groaned, saying, "My head hurts so much it feels like it's going to break," and pleaded, "I feel like I'm going to throw up. It's so hard, sweetheart, please rub my back," and also said, "Save me."

The next morning, Lim Lala moved to the airport in a much-improved state, but said, "Min-soo lost his wallet, so it was a mess while we searched everywhere. We only have 30 minutes left until our flight, but Min-soo went to the rental car to find (the wallet). What’s going on? The end isn't the end until it's actually over. Do I have to carry all this luggage and board alone? It's not easy," conveying her ongoing struggles. Son Min-soo was able to find the wallet and board the plane, and Lim Lala sighed in relief, saying, "You worked hard. Thank goodness. I was really worried."
Meanwhile, at the end of the video, a scene showed Son Min-soo, who collapsed from illness while caring for Lim Lala, raising concerns. Son Min-soo had meticulously simmered a soup for 15 hours for Lim Lala, but later needed IV treatment in the hospital. Witnessing this, Lim Lala lamented, "This is like an emergency room. What is going on? Don't be sick," while Son Min-soo apologized, adding to the emotional tension.
