A luxurious wedding with a maximum capacity of 940 people and an invite-only guest list of 1,200 took place. It was the wedding of Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min, who became the 25th couple of comedians.
Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min held their wedding on the afternoon of the 13th at the Grand InterContinental Parnas Hotel in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The wedding was held privately with family, relatives, and close friends from both sides. The couple recognized their relationship in April 2022 and after more than three years of dating, they celebrated their marriage.
The Grand InterContinental Parnas Hotel, where Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min held their wedding, is a five-star hotel known for its banquet hall that can accommodate up to 940 guests. Previously, actor Han Hye-jin and soccer player Ki Sung-yong, as well as singer and actor Lee Seung-gi and actress Lee Da-in, also held their weddings at this venue.
Through this wedding, the couple, who were added to the list of comedian couples with 'no divorce ever,' received congratulations from about 1,200 guests. Earlier, Kim Jun-ho surprised everyone by revealing that he had made reservations for 1,200 guests on a variety show.
Comedians from the three networks gathered at the wedding. Attendees included MBC comedians Lee Young-ja, Son Heon-soo, KBS comedians Yoo Jae-seok, Park Jun-hyung, and Ahn Young-mi, as well as SBS comedians Yoon Taek and Kim Jae-woo. Additionally, Kim Seung-hye, Kim Ji-hye, Jeong Jong-cheol, Park Seong-gwang, Lim Woo-il, Kim Jun-hyun, Yoo Min-sang, Kim Soo-yong, Oh Ji-hun, Jeong Tae-ho, and DJ DOC’s Kim Chang-yeol were also spotted as guests.
The congratulatory song was performed by Gummy and Byeon Jin-seop. Gummy sang 'You Are My Everything' from the OST of 'Descendants of the Sun,' blessing the couple's future. The emcee was Lee Sang-min, who has collaborated with Kim Jun-ho on 'My Little Old Boy' and 'Dolsing Four Men.'
Kim Ji-min made her entrance holding hands with Kim Jun-ho's close friend Kim Dae-hee. This was arranged at Kim Ji-min's request, as she had consoled Kim Dae-hee wholeheartedly when he suffered the loss of his father last year. Kim Dae-hee came dressed as 'Kkondae-hee' and shared an emotional moment during the entrance.
Meanwhile, Kim Jun-ho debuted as a comedian in 1996 through SBS's 5th open recruitment. Kim Ji-min debuted as a comedian in 2006 through KBS's 21st open recruitment.
