Singer-songwriter ERA will release a new song.
ERA's new song 'Flirting' is a city pop genre track characterized by groovy yet retro synth sounds and impressive bass melodies, expressing feelings toward a crush and the tension and subtle emotions felt before developing into a romantic relationship.
This song captures the freshness of midsummer, enhanced by ERA's pure voice, evoking pleasant excitement and memories of each individual’s passionate love, drawing empathy from listeners. Additionally, ERA took part in the songwriting and composing, increasing the song's completeness.
Especially, ERA has led a new culture that merges literature and music by holding a book concert with prominent Korean authors such as Shin Kyung-sook, Kim Hong-shin, Park Beom-shin, Kim Yong-taek, Hwang Sok-yong, Gong Ji-young, and poets Ko Eun and Jeong Ho-seung. Through the new song, ERA expresses moments of love in daily life in her own authentic language, forming a connection with listeners.
ERA received the grand prize in the songwriting contest 'Literary Song Festival' hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2009 and has since been active by releasing songs such as 'Please Look After Mother,' 'Spring Called You (feat. Vasco),' and 'Do You Want to Go Eat Ice Cream?'.
Meanwhile, ERA's new song 'Flirting' will be released on the 13th at noon through various online music sites.
