Earlier on the 10th, a media outlet reported that the couple sold a building located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which they had jointly purchased with Mr. A for 2.3 billion won in 2017, for 9.6 billion won recently. According to the registration details, the equity ratio was composed of Mr. A holding 2 and Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young each holding 1.
The building is a commercial building located in a high-end area near UN Village, consisting of six floors from basement 1 to five stories above ground, and has been occupied by restaurants and other businesses since its completion in 2020. This allows Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young to demonstrate their notable insight in real estate investment, and as of now, the couple has not publicly commented on the matter.
